Possible supply delays due to Covid-19 may extend turnaround time. Items are moving through the network at a slower rate, making it difficult to fulfill orders. Please be patient as I work to fulfill your orders. If you have any questions, please contact me.
Once orders are shipped and in the hands of USPS, UPS, or any other shipping service, I do not have control over how quickly items are delivered. Due to these unprecedented times, domestic AND international delivery are experiencing extreme delays. Please keep this in mind while placing your order!

Returns & Cancellations
Forever Stitched Co. accepts cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at foreverstitchedco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Forever Stitched Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do? Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at foreverstitchedco@gmail.com with your order number.
